### Order Processing

1. Ready-to-ship orders are processed and dispatched within **3–5 business days**.
2. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
3. Processing times may be extended during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

### Alteration Timelines

1. If your order requires an alteration, please initiate the request within the specified alteration period.
2. Once we receive and verify the returned garment, alterations will be completed within **7–10 business days**.
3. After alteration, the item will be re-dispatched to your shipping address.

### Delivery

1. Standard delivery within India takes approximately **5–7 business days** after dispatch.
2. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
3. Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped.
4. We currently deliver across **Pan India** and to select international destinations.

1. As our products may involve custom tailoring and alterations, we do not offer **Cash on Delivery (COD)**.
2. All orders must be prepaid in full before processing and dispatch.
3. Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
