Return & Exchange

1. We do not offer returns, refunds, or standard exchanges.

2. To ensure the perfect fit, we provide custom alteration services.

3. Alteration requests must be initiated within **7 days of delivery**.

4. The item must be returned in:

* Unused condition
* Unworn condition
* Original brand tags attached
* Original packaging intact

5. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect and verify its condition.

6. After approval, the garment will be altered according to your specifications.

7. Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted for alteration.
